- Strategic management, organizations, and regional stakeholders: Based on the mainstream and state of art theory discussion, we examine the applicability and provide practical knowledge.
- Urban and peri-urban agriculture Located within the world’s largest urban area, we investigate the sustainability of urban and peri-urban agriculture.
- Agriculture in the less-favored areas We aim to support entrepreneurs who are engaged in agriculture, related businesses, and activities to cope with the depopulation of less favored areas.
- Information technologies We examine the impact of novel information technologies with regard to organization and human factors.
- UT Farm-Biz A series of collaborative events with practitioners in agriculture and rural development sectors in which we discuss the latest theories and empirical findings (currently in Japanese only).
